Fransiskus Jamu is a young professional from Labuan Bajo who has a strong dedication to the tourism and hospitality industry. He has built his career over several years in various positions directly related to customer service and reservation management, making him an experienced and trusted figure in his field.

Fransiskus’s career journey began at Restoran Taman Laut, a popular culinary spot in the coastal area of Labuan Bajo. There, he was known as a friendly and patient person in providing service to guests, both local and international. His experience at this restaurant became a solid foundation in developing excellent communication and customer service skills.

Currently, Fransiskus works as a receptionist at Mohini Hotel and Resort, a star-rated accommodation favored by tourists visiting Labuan Bajo. In this role, he is not only responsible for welcoming and serving guests with a professional attitude but also assists with administrative needs and coordination between departments to ensure the comfort of visitors during their stay.

In addition to his work at the hotel, Fransiskus is also actively working part-time as a reservation staff member at Flores Tour Guide, a local travel agency providing tour services around Flores. Through this position, he is directly involved in scheduling trips, booking tours, and communicating with tourists who want to explore the natural beauty and culture of Flores.

The combination of his experience in the restaurant, hospitality, and tourism sectors makes Fransiskus Jamu a flexible, service-oriented individual with broad insight into the tourism industry in East Nusa Tenggara, especially Labuan Bajo. My name is Ardianus Jedahur. I began my professional journey in 2017 as a security officer at Jayakarta Hotel, Labuan Bajo, followed by a similar role in 2018 at Hotel Pelago. These experiences helped me develop strong discipline, guest service skills, and effective communication with visitors from diverse backgrounds.

While working in the hospitality industry, I often had the opportunity to accompany and transport tourists by motorcycle across the island of Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur. I guided them to several iconic destinations, including Kelimutu Lake, Wae Rebo Traditional Village, Bajawa, and back to Labuan Bajo. These journeys deepened my understanding of local tourism potential and strengthened my skills as an informal guide and reliable driver.

Currently, I work as a Grab driver in Labuan Bajo, while also serving as the Operational Manager for Motorcycle Transport Services at Flores Tour Guide, a local tour company that supports visitors in exploring Flores safely and comfortably. In this role, I am responsible for managing the vehicle fleet, scheduling operations, and ensuring a high standard of service for every guest.

With a strong background in security, hospitality, transportation, and tourism, I am committed to contributing to the growth of the tourism sector in Flores and providing memorable experiences for every traveler.

My name is Reineldis Kurnia Junita. I graduated from Ruteng Aquinas Ruteng High School. She continued her studies at STKIP Santu Paulus Ruteng but did not graduate as she chose to follow her husband. Hi, I’m Nikolaus Sarut, a local driver from Flores with 20+ years of experience. I’ve driven trucks, buses, and tour vehicles since 2002, and spent 15 years with Manumady Travel guiding travelers across Flores—Komodo, Wae Rebo, Bajawa, Kelimutu, Riung, and more.

Now working freelance, I offer private transport for both travel agencies and independent travelers. I speak basic English, know all tourist routes well, and always prioritize safety, comfort, and punctuality. My car is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
